"What i loved about my watch was it kept time within 4 seconds a day. NOW after the repair my watch is slow 8 minutes a day. This is mit acceptable and I want to kniw if it can be correctly adjusted to reflect the true capabilities of this watch as it was before it was fixed? If so please advise."

"The solar movement stopped working in my D4 Meridian after owning it for 5 months. Reached out to Vaer and sent it in and 3 weeks later it was back and running perfectly. Has only lost a few seconds in the past month so it’s running great . So a great experience with Vaer…I have 3 and am definitely even more of a fan now. Cracked Crystal Replaced

"I really love this watch. I cracked the crystal which I was surprised because it has held up so well with how I used the watch in the construction industry. I accidentally hit it with a hammer. I inquired about getting it replaced and everything went really smooth. Took some time but communication was good and the repair was great. Glad to have it back. I would highly recommend Vaer. Excellent service and products."

"I bought the 36mm C3 Korean field watch on the Nodex bracelet. The bracelet was not finished as smoothly as I’d like for the price. In about two months it began to stop so I sent it in for repair. The repair was done right and reasonably quickly."

"The repair went well and I appreciate their customer service. I think it was an overall positive on this repair and hope other customers trust Vaer to service their watch. However I am very concerned that my watch needed servicing within a year. To have a solar watch fail so quickly, does not inspire confidence. I previously raved about Vaer, but now I have my reservations. I wish the brand nothing but success, however I will take my time before heavily considering buying another watch from them. To end on a high note, I thought the repair was timely and professional. The customer service did not let me down."
