2024 Holiday Raffle Terms & Conditions

Overview.

These terms and conditions govern the Vaer $1,000 Holiday Gift Card Raffle ("Promotion"). By participating, you fully and unconditionally agree to these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored by Vaer, LLC, located at 1143 Van Buren Ave. Venice, CA 90291. USA.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, or agents of Vaer, LLC, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A valid email address is required for entry.

Entry Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM PST on November 18, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on December 31, 2024 (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, visit https://www.vaerwatches.com and submit your email address via the designated entry form. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to submit multiple entries or use automated systems will result in disqualification.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Vaer Gift Card ("Prize"), redeemable exclusively on Vaer Watches’ official website. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion due to availability.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or around January 1, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor will notify the potential winner via the email address provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond within thirty (30) days of notification to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond within the timeframe, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity

By accepting the Prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and email address for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes worldwide in perpetuity, in any media, without further consideration, except where prohibited by law.

Privacy

The Sponsor will collect personal data from participants solely for the administration of the Promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary for administering the Promotion.

Limitation of Liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or inaccurate information resulting from website errors, human errors, or tampering.
• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical malfunctions.
• Any injury, damage, or loss to property resulting from participation or acceptance of the Prize.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Vaer, LLC, and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of participation in the Promotion or use of the Prize.

Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles, California.

General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity. The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms and conditions.
