We've got some big news to share—news that signifies a huge leap for Vaer as we continue our journey to provide you with the best watches and service possible. We are thrilled to announce that we are transitioning to our very own 3,000 square-foot warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri.
Why This Move is a Big Deal
For the past three years, we have relied on a 3rd-party logistics provider to handle our inventory and shipping. While this approach served its purpose, the time has come to bring these critical functions "in-house." This move allows us unprecedented control over our inventory, enabling us to better serve you, our customers.

As part of our commitment to the American economy, our new warehouse will provide job opportunities right here in the United States. This is more than just a business development for us; it's a commitment to our community and our customers.
Enhancing Customer Experience
Our Kansas City location will allow us to process and ship orders more efficiently, manage quality control to our high standards, and ensure that every customer receives the level of service they have come to expect from Vaer.
What to Expect During the Transition
As with any significant change, there will be a brief period of adjustment. We expect an interruption in order fulfillment for the next two weeks. Our target date to resume shipping is October 9th, 2023. Rest assured, we will provide updates if we are able to get your favorite timepieces to you sooner.
We're Coming to the Midwest
Most of the Vaer team (Ryan, Reagan, Evan, and Justin) will be in Kansas City October 1st - 7th to oversee this critical transition. They'll be involved in everything from setting up shelving to system integrations. They'll also be capturing plenty of content to keep you all updated on this major milestone in Vaer's history.
